A DAY Rep Member just emerged in Nigeria, Somolu Federal Constituency in Lagos State precisely. This started like a joke, just like an ordinary promise but the Member of House of Representatives, Hon. Ademorin Kuye has just reiterated his promise of ensuring the winners of the just concluded 2023 ICT Competition would be given the platform to act for a day.
This started when Hon. ADEMORIN KUYE in August 2023 announced the maiden edition of KUYE ICT Competition amongst the Senior Secondary Schools in Somolu Federal Constituency.
On Thursday 28 of September, 2023, OYAWA OLUWANIFESIMI emerged the best ICT student in the Constituency through a rigorous and very tough competition.
The four (4) students who were nominated from each school performed extraordinarily well.
The program which held its first phase on Tuesday September, 26th, 2023 at Angus Memorial Secondary School New Hall had about 22 Schools present, having written to all the Schools in the Constituency.
Hon. Kuye who reiterated his promises during the competition said everything he promised is readily available to be taken home by the winners and that he cannot wait to have the winner in his Lagos and Abuja office. He also promised to ensure the winner dines with the Speaker and his Deputy at the House of Representatives.
Be reminded that Hon. Kuye, a 2nd Termer at the House of Representatives has done marvelously well by ensuring he touches on almost all the sectors of the economy to ensure that every resident of Somolu LG and Bariga LCDA feel the real impact of democracy.
